Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Scopemark needs to run the scope-change workspace and account-linked lifetime access.

Who operates Scopemark

Scopemark is operated under the Pixel Bytes Lab commercial brand. Privacy and data requests can be sent to support@pixelbyteslab.com.

What Scopemark stores

Scopemark stores the information you enter to use the service: your account email and profile, client names, project details, original scope and exclusions, client requests, confirmed Scope Diff items, decisions, impact values, response drafts, decision notes, revision history, and project-memory notes.

If you set up Document Identity, Scopemark may also store your name, studio name, reply-to email, phone, website, default currency, business details, and uploaded logo.

Documents and private files

Generated Change Orders include a durable snapshot of the relevant project, request, decision, impact, identity, and document notes. Where implemented, uploaded logos and generated Change Order PDFs are kept in private Supabase Storage and are available only through authenticated, authorized requests.

Accounts and hosting

Supabase provides authentication, database persistence, and private object storage. Your business and project records are persisted in Supabase so they can be reopened across browser sessions and devices. Necessary application and infrastructure logs may record request timing, errors, security events, and technical identifiers used to operate and protect the service.

Purchases and lifetime access

Purchases are processed by Whop. Scopemark stores the minimum identifiers needed to connect a purchase to your account and maintain access, including Whop product, plan, checkout, payment, and membership identifiers; internal checkout correlation; license state; and durable webhook audit records.

Scopemark does not collect or store payment-card details. Card and payment processing information is handled by Whop under its own terms and privacy practices.

How the information is used

The information is used to authenticate your account, provide the project and decision workflow, generate and retrieve documents, maintain entitlement, prevent duplicate purchase processing, diagnose errors, secure the service, and answer support requests.

Analytics and tracking

Scopemark currently does not include a product analytics or advertising-tracking SDK. Essential authentication cookies and service logs are still used to keep sessions, security, and the application working. If analytics are introduced later, this policy should be updated before that collection begins.

Data requests

You can edit many project and identity records inside the workspace. For account or data questions, deletion requests, or access and export requests where applicable, email support@pixelbyteslab.com or use the Support page. Scopemark does not currently promise an automated deletion or export process.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, maintain account and document integrity, meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and handle disputes. Limited commerce, transaction, security, audit, webhook, and entitlement-history records may be retained when reasonably necessary for those purposes. Retention varies by record type; when information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Service providers and changes

Scopemark relies at minimum on Hostinger for application hosting, Supabase for account/data infrastructure, and Whop for checkout and purchase-related services. This policy may be updated when the service or its providers change. Material changes should be dated and communicated appropriately.
